Who are you fundraising for?
Proceeds of this year’s event to benefit MS Community of Windsor-Essex County Optimist Club, a volunteer-run organization serving those in the community with Multiple Sclerosis to live as independently as possible.
What forms of payment can I use?
This is a cash only event. There is an ATM available in the Fogolar Furlan – by the Members’ Bar.
Is there food available for purchase?
Yes, there's a variety of food and snacks available for purchase. Please bring cash; an ATM is available in the Fogolar Furlan – by the Members’ Bar.
Is there alcohol for purchase?
Yes, in certain areas within the fairgrounds only. The Fogolar Furlan will be selling the alcohol at this Event.
Will the event be rescheduled if it rains on the day of the event?
No, this event happens RAIN or SHINE. Please be prepared to make arrangements to cover your car. Guests are encouraged to dress for the weather.
What safety precautions are taken for this event?
Every action has been taken to make this a safe event for participants. Attendees assume all risk and danger incidental to the Fogolar Furlan Club grounds. The Fogolar Furlan is not liable for injuries resulting from such cases.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are allowed onsite. Please make sure any dogs are on a leash and that you clean up after them. Thank you.
